This policy explains how pickup, delivery, and shipping work for Crown Cravings orders.
Pickup is available in the Zephyrhills, Florida area. Once your order is paid and confirmed, we will contact you to schedule a pickup time and provide the pickup location.
Local delivery may be available depending on your location. After placing your order and selecting "Delivery / Ship," we will contact you to confirm whether delivery is available to your address and discuss any applicable delivery fees.
For orders outside of our local delivery area, shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Because our products are perishable and made fresh, shipping is currently limited and will be confirmed individually for each order. Shipping costs, packaging requirements, and estimated transit times will be communicated to you before payment is finalized.
These timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume, seasonal demand, and ingredient availability. We will communicate any delays as soon as we're aware of them.
Weekly availability and order deadlines (such as those shown on our homepage "Fresh This Week" section) reflect our current production schedule and may change week to week based on demand and ingredient availability.

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
